The Real Cheese Place History

The Real Cheese Place is a second generation retail business founded by Roger Schumacher in 1981. We focus on specialty cheese products and distribute through our retail store and through our website.
Our founder Roger is a former Swiss cheese maker whose family helped bring cheese making to southern Wisconsin.
