Instructions

  1. Mash raspberries and sugar in a large bowl. Press raspberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds. Set raspberry juice aside.
  2. Place cream into a double boiler or metal bowl over simmering water; warm cream. Gradually add white chocolate; whisk constantly between each addition until melted. Add mascarpone; whisk until mixture is smooth. Whisk in the hazelnut liqueur, vanilla and reserved raspberry juice.
  3. Transfer to a fondue pot. Heat on low to keep warm. Serve with dippers.
