The Wisconsin Cheese Ball: A Night in Lights will be the ultimate celebration of Wisconsin’s cheese culture. Join host Andrew Zimmern at the weekend’s marquee event to pay homage to Wisconsin’s Rock Stars as Wisconsin Cheese legends shine on the big stage.

Zimmern, an Emmy and James Beard Award-winning chef, television host, and cultural tastemaker, will guide guests through an evening of curated flavor, featuring local cheesemakers and spectacular entertainment. The Pork Tornadoes, a Midwest band known for electrifying live shows and high-energy covers, headline the event with DJ Shawna, official DJ of the Milwaukee Bucks, playing between sets.

Dance, drink, and rock the night away at Madison’s glammiest, glitziest music venue, The Sylvee. With every note, your cheese dreams will come to life!
