MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board welcomes Jen Walsh to the organization as Director of Market Research.
Walsh brings 20 years of experience to WMMB with a strong background in consumer-focused market research. She has most recently worked at MAi Research, GfK Custom Research and TNS NFO, where she garnered a wide breadth of capabilities focused on translating the customer’s voice into actionable research insights. She also brings expertise in myriad methodologies including segmentation, customer satisfaction, pricing analysis and new product development. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In her role as Director of Market Research, Walsh will play a critical role in conducting research, synthesizing data and providing concise, tactical analysis. Walsh’s position will largely support WMMB program areas as well as the needs of Wisconsin dairy companies.
