Cedar Grove Cheese traces its beginnings all the way back to 1878. Today, this family-owned operation produces a variety of organic, specialty cheeses, and cheese curds. Cedar Grove guarantees the best traditional and specialty cheese you've ever tasted - without artificial growth hormones (rBGH), animal enzymes, or genetically modified ingredients (GMOs). We especially love that they spread the Wisconsin love, buying milk from over 30 Wisconsin farmers!

Yellowstone Cheese opened its doors halfway between the North Pole and the Equator, in Cadott, Wisconsin, on November 14, 2007. Cheesemaker Dave Anderson brings over 15 years of experience to Yellowstone Cheese. The company uses milk proudly sourced from a farm locally owned by Jeremy and Heidi Kenealy (and their children Brad and Brooke). The Kenealy Farm is a Grade A, BGH-Free farm only 200 yards away from the factory, where it's so close that the milk is hauled over in a bulk tank on wheels, where it's crafted into a variety of cheeses using colby, monterey jack, or cheddar for the base. And why the Yellowstone name in Wisconsin? Turns out the factory is located on the Yellowstone Trail - the first automobile route from Plymouth Rock to Puget Sound!
