Wisconsin Cheese Muenster Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) Crystal Farms Original Cream Cheese, softened
8 ounces Edelweiss Muenster cheese, shredded (2 cups)
1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Hot pepper sauce to taste
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Assorted crackers or cocktail rye bread

Cheese

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Cream Cheese or Muenster can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Beat the cream cheese, muenster, chives, horseradish, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce to taste in a large bowl until blended. Add bacon; beat just until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until flavors are blended. Serve with crackers or rye bread.
