Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Aged Cheddar can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat cheddar and butter in a large bowl until blended. Add flour and paprika; beat until dough is combined.
  3. Seal 1 tablespoon dough around each olive, dipping hands in flour if necessary to prevent sticking. Shape into balls. Place on prepared baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
