Wisconsin Cheese Corn and Feta Salsa Recipe

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Feta can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

  1. Combine the black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, canola oil and jerk seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and let stand for at least 1 hour to blend flavors, or refrigerate until serving. 
  3. Stir in feta and walnuts. Serve with corn chips and bell pepper strips.
