Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Blue or Cream Cheese can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Stir in blue cheese and fig preserves.
  2. Transfer to plastic wrap; shape with wrap into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. 
  3. Roll cheese ball in walnuts. Serve with crackers.
