Ingredients List


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  3. Roll out biscuits on lightly floured surface, each about 6-inches long x 3-inches wide. Sprinkle with fontina, spinach and sausage. Starting at the narrow end, tightly roll up dough. Pinch seam to seal. Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels, using a serrated knife. Place slices cut side down on a parchment-lined 15 x 10-inch baking pan. 
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pinwheels are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Recipe Tip

  • Any brand of Wisconsin fontina cheese can be used.
