Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Aged Cheddar, Alpine-Style or Asiago can be used in this recipe.


  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. 
  2. Meanwhile, bring milk to a gentle boil in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in alpine-style, cheddar and asiago until smooth. Add macaroni; heat through, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
