Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Alpine-Style or Grand Cru® can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette:

  1. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, honey and Dijon mustard in small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Salad:

  1. Place greens in large serving bowl. Drizzle with reserved vinaigrette; gently toss to coat. Top with apple, pear, cherries, pistachios and Grand Cru®. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tip

Roth Original Grand Cru® or Roth Surchoix Grand Cru® could be substituted for the Roth Reserve Grand Cru®.
