Wisconsin produces 32 percent of our nation’s authentically crafted Latin American-style cheese. The fresh, milky flavors of these cheeses lend wonderful flavor to any celebration. Serve them on a cheese board sided with a pitcher of margaritas, and you’ll have the start of a great fiesta!

  1. Arrange cheeses on a serving board. Fill in board with Queso Beer Cheese Dip, guava jam, chorizo, mango, Quicos®, pepitas and tortilla chips.
