Candy Corn Cheese Picks

There's no trick to these candy corn-shaped bites. With only three ingredients, it's easy to treat fall or Halloween party guests to yummy cheese with a festive spin.

8 ounces Hook's Muenster cheese
8 ounces Hook's Medium Cheddar cheese or Hook's One Year Sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces Wakker Creamy Young Gouda cheese (aged 2-4 months)
12 picks or toothpicks

Cheese

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Muenster or Young Cheddar can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Cut muenster into 1/4-inch slices, each about 3-inches wide x 1-inch tall. Repeat step with cheddar and queso menonita.
Stack a flat slice of muenster on top, cheddar in the middle and queso menonita on the bottom. Cut each stack with a 2 1/2-inch candy corn-shaped cookie cutter. Insert a pick into each stack, starting at the top, to secure cheese layers.

Recipe Tip

The size of the candy corn-shaped cookie cutter can be varied; the width of the cheese slices could be cut for fit.
