Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Blue, Cupola, Gouda, Monroe or Pleasant Ridge Reserve can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

  1. Arrange the goudas, Roth Monroe, Red Barn Cūpola and blue cheese on a serving board. Place the nudja, Piri Picante Salami and pecans in a serving bowl. Add cornichons to another serving bowl; place bowls on board. Fill in board with the crackers, salami, capicola, pork shoulder, prosciutto, Saucisson Sec, grapes and figs.
