Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk the butter, parsley and garlic powder in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Coat a fourth of the biscuit pieces in the butter mixture.
  3. Place pieces into an ungreased 10-inch fluted tube pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup pizza cheese and 1/3 cup pepperoni. Repeat layers three times, starting with coating biscuit pieces in butter mixture.
  4. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake for 20-25 minutes longer or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes. Gently run a knife around edges of pan to loosen if necessary. Invert bread onto a serving platter. Garnish with parsley.

Cheesemonger Tip

Select for cheesemonger info

Do you have questions when shopping for cheese? Ask the cheesemonger! A cheesemonger specializes in the buying and selling of high-quality cheese, usually available in the specialty section of a grocery store or cheese shop. Knowledgeable and passionate, a cheesemonger is a go-to resource for cheese varieties and pairings, proper cheese storage and handling, its cooking applications and cheese brand information.

Cheesemakers have crafted cheese at Nasonville Dairy for over 150 years. Quality cheese is their passion—experience for yourself the meltability and taste of pizza cheese.
