Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Parmesan or Provolone can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Marinated Cheese Curds:

  1. Combine the marinated cheese curds ingredients in a large jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Cheese Board:

  1. Cut honeydew into slices; wrap slices with prosciutto.
  2. Place cheese curds in a serving bowl. Arrange the parmesan, provolone and cheese curds on a serving platter. Spoon hummus on platter. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with paprika. Fill in platter with pita bread, apricots, prepared honeydew, cucumbers, olives, pepperoncini peppers, bresaola, artichokes, salami, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and almonds. Garnish with basil and oregano.
