Ingredients

Dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Raspberry preserves
Hook’s Original Blue Cheese, crumbled
Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese
Milk chocolate English toffee bits
Finely chopped candied pecans
Candied orange peel
Dried apricots
Dried pineapple
Fresh raspberries
Fresh strawberries
Ginger thins (cookies)
Shortbread cookies

Cheese

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Alpine-Style or Blue can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

Melt dark chocolate as desired until smooth. Stir in raspberry preserves. Transfer chocolate sauce to a small bowl.
Arrange blue cheese and Pleasant Ridge Reserve on a serving board. Fill in board with chocolate sauce, toffee bits, pecans, dried and fresh fruits, and cookies.
