Instructions

Steak:

  1. Grease grill grate. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; rub over steak. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill steak, covered, over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted into meat reads 145°F. Transfer steak to a cutting board; tent with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak against the grain.

Champagne Vinaigrette:

  1. Whisk the champagne vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey and garlic in a bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Stir in blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Salad:

  1. Arrange salad greens on a large serving platter. Layer with the radishes, strawberries and red onion. Top with steak. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
