Instructions

Blue Cheese Dressing:

  1. Whisk the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, gin and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir in The Blue Jay®. Season with pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Salad:

  1. Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain.
  2. Place lettuce wedges on serving plates. Spoon dressing over tops. Sprinkle with the bacon, tomatoes, olives, red onion and The Blue Jay®.
