Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Baby Swiss or Blue can be used in this recipe.

Instructions

  1. Grease grill grate. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Combine the sour cream, parsley, chives and garlic in a large bowl. Crumble beef over mixture; mix just until combined. Form into six patties, about 1/3 pound each. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted into patties reads 160°F. Top with baby swiss. Cover and cook for 1-3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
  4. Place lettuce on bun bottoms; top with the tomato, onion and burgers. Replace bun tops.
