  1. Grease grill grate. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper; place skin side down on grill grate. Grill salmon, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Top with havarti. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Transfer salmon to a cutting board; remove skin.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bread slices; top with lettuce, tomatoes and salmon. Sprinkle with bacon.
