Renard’s Cheese was established in 1961 in Door County, Wisconsin. Ann and Chris Renard are proud of their family owned and operated business which is now on its third generation of cheesemakers. In 2014, Chris Renard earned his Master Cheesemaker Certification in Cheddar and Mozzarella - a prestigious nationally accredited title. While many things have changed over the years, the Renard’s recipe remains the same. Chris has continued in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps by producing a variety of handcrafted award-winning cheeses. The Renard family is committed to continue the longstanding tradition of perfectly blended, handcrafted, high quality cheese. The cheese selections include Cheddar, Colby, Farmers, Muenster, Brick, Marble, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella String, Smoked String and more than 50 flavor-infused specialty cheeses.
