Mark Frederixon
Mark is a Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® who’s certified in cheddar cheese. A 36-year veteran of Associated Milk Producers, Inc. (AMPI), Mark manages the company’s Blair, Wisconsin plant. But while much of his work is now devoted to management, he stays involved in day-to-day cheese production, a craft he’s honed over nearly four decades. (Master Cheesemaker Certified in Cheddar)
