Seehafer Farm Creamery, located on State Highway 97 just 2 miles north of Marshfield, was opened on Aug. 28, 2014 by owners Ken and Karen Seehafer. The dairy food store and ice cream parlor also features a select collection of hand made gifts.
Ken and Karen Seehafer own and operate a third-generation farm that was started by Ken’s grandparents, Albert and Augusta, in the early 1900s. His parents Elmer and Alma Seehafer took over in 1933 and ran the farm until 1972 when Ken and Karen purchased the 200 acres with 50 cows. They now own 900 acres and 300 milking cows.
