Henning Cheese is a family operation manufacturing cheese since 1914. Our plant is Level 3 SQF certified and USDA approved. Ask about our new cheddar flavors - bacon, fenugreek (fenugreek is a seed that has a nutty/maple flavor), blazing buffalo and dragon’s breath (the name says how hot the cheese is). Other great cheddar flavors include pico de queso (cheddar blended with southern spices with a slight kick), "cave"-aged peppercorn, Mediterranean sunset (cheddar cheese with a blend of Mediterranean spices to enhance all Italian dishes), blueberry cobbler, mango fire and cranberry cinnamon. We also specialize in cheese curds (plain and flavored), Mozza Whips, string cheese (plain and flavored), cheddar, two-tone cheddar, chipotle, tomato basil, onion & chives, colby, pepper jack, habanero jack, colby jack, monterey jack and reduced-fat farmers (and flavors), under the watchful eye of Master Cheesemaker Kerry Henning. Quality is our top priority, along with the 26 small local family farmers who ship us their milk. All cheese orders are custom made.
