What started as a part-time job at a cheese plant to earn money for a car has evolved into a 42-year career. From an early age, Brian grasped the value of hard work, which is clear in his dedication to the cheesemaking world. The three-time graduate of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® Program is certified in monterey jack, cheddar, brick, colby, muenster, feta, asiago and gouda cheeses.
