WMMB debuts new cheese-focused recipes and tips in latest issue of Grate. Pair. Share.
Madison, Wis. – The new Harvest issue of Grate. Pair. Share., an online magazine from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB), is filled with ways to celebrate the harvest season with Wisconsin cheese. Whether it’s football game day with fellow fans, Thanksgiving dinner with the family or just pizza night at home with friends, every gathering feels like a celebration when Wisconsin cheese is on the table.
In honor of National Pizza Month in October, the issue is packed with recipes, tips and more for pizza lovers, including a tour of Wisconsin’s pizza farms. Learn to make homemade cheese blends and pair them with perfect toppings, and get tips and recipes for the ultimate at-home pizza party from blogger Jonathan Melendez of The Candid Appetite.
This issue also celebrates the beloved tailgating traditions of the fall season. Fans of every team can all agree on an epic tailgate spread packed with Wisconsin cheese and hearty pairings, as well as a Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Dip and Bacon Sriracha Football Cheese Ball.
“We’re thrilled to bring some of our favorite seasonal Wisconsin traditions to people across the country with everyone’s favorite ingredient – Wisconsin cheese,” said Suzanne Fanning, WMMB Vice President, Marketing Communications. “The mouth-watering recipes and videos in this issue will take you from tailgate to Halloween to Thanksgiving and beyond.”
When it comes to Thanksgiving, it’s never too early to start planning the menu. The Harvest issue of Grate. Pair.
