White Cheddar and Chive Cheese Ball

Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Baby Swiss, Fontina, Mascarpone or Young Cheddar can be used in this recipe.


  1. Place the first six ingredients into a food processor; cover and process until mixture is combined. Add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, chives and pepper. Cover and pulse until mixture is blended.
  2. Transfer to plastic wrap; shape with wrap into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  3. Roll cheese ball in remaining sunflower seeds. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
