  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Place the yolks, sweet potato, cheddar, sour cream, Dijon mustard and hot pepper sauce in a food processor; cover and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper; pulse to blend. Adjust seasonings and hot pepper sauce as desired. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites. Garnish with bacon, chives and additional shredded cheddar.
