Babcock Hall Dairy Plant is Badger-proud. They produce signature dairy products for the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the surrounding community, proudly supporting the University of Wisconsin Food Science Department’s mission of research, teaching and outreach. They produce a variety of dairy products from bottled milk to cheese and the famous Babcock ice cream. Much of the milk they process is produced right on the university's on-campus dairy farm. You know the University of Wisconsin-Madison community eats well!
