Zimmerman Cheese, Inc. has been practicing the art of cheesemaking for four generations and has been located in Wiota, Wisconsin since 1979. Their house specialties, baby swiss and muenster have won numerous awards throughout the years and are made with pride, reflecting the company's Swiss family heritage. Since the 1970's, Zimmerman has also been producing brick, baby jack, farmer, monterey jack and smoked baby swiss. Newest additions include low sodium cheeses, asadero, and queso-quesadilla.
