Tony Hook
Tony started making cheese right after high school in 1970 when he took a job with Bill Ienatsch in Barnveld. Eventually, Tony and his wife, Julie, opened their own operation, Hook's Cheese, where they began crafting a wide variety of award-winning artisan cheeses including colby, muenster, swiss, blue, mixed milk, and aged cheddar cheeses.
