Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Asiago or Cream Cheese can be used in this recipe.


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth. Fold in crabmeat, Old Bay® Seasoning, asiago and diced celery.
  3. Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until warmed though. Garnish with shaved celery and lemon zest. Serve with crackers.
