For chipotle-lime sauce:

  1. Place the chipotle salsa, sherry wine vinegar, lime juice, canola oil and garlic in a blender; cover and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

For tacos: 

  1. Shred rotisserie chicken; place in large bowl. Stir in reserved chipotle-lime sauce. Cook and stir chicken mixture in a Dutch oven over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated through, stirring often.
  2. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture onto the tortillas. Top with queso fresco, arugula and radishes. Dollop with sour cream.
