Instructions

Honey-Mustard Dressing:

  1. Whisk the honey, apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Salad:

  1. Place kale and spinach mix in a large serving bowl; toss with reserved dressing. Top with the pears, The Blue Jay™ and almonds.

Recipe Tip

  • Prepare the honey-mustard dressing up to 3 days in advance, and store in the refrigerator. Dress salad greens just before serving.
