  1. Grease grill grate. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Combine butter and brown sugar; brush over both sides of peaches. Grill peaches, uncovered, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until tender.
  3. Combine the quark, honey and lemon zest in a bowl. Top peaches with quark mixture. Sprinkle with granola. Top with additional honey and lemon zest. Garnish with basil.
