Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Aged Cheddar, Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Young Cheddar can be used in this recipe.


  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Spread tomatillo salsa over crust to 1/2 inch of edges. Top with cheddar-jack, chicken, corn and green chiles. Sprinkle with pepper jack.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Layer with avocado and green onion. Top with red peppers, bacon and cilantro if desired.
