  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly beat eggs in a large, shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan in another large, shallow bowl.
  3. Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Dip chicken into eggs, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Transfer chicken to a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a thermomter inserted into meat reads 165°F, turning once.
  5. Combine mozzarella and provolone in a small bowl. Pour marinara over chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8-12 minutes longer or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with spaghetti if desired.
