Star-Spangled Salsa:

Star-Spangled Salsa:

  1. Coarsely chop 1 cup blueberries. Combine chopped and whole blueberries with the next six ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until serving.

Tortilla Chips:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut tortillas with a star-shaped cookie cutter, about 2 inches. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Brush stars with olive oil on each side; season with salt to taste and paprika if desired.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
  4. Serve chips with salsa.
