Look for the Proudly Wisconsin Badge when shopping for cheese. Any brand of Wisconsin Blue, Cheese Curds, Fresh Mozzarella, Havarti, Monterey Jack, Provolone or String can be used in this recipe.


  1. Prepare the chicken wings, onion rings, pretzels and waffle fries according to package directions.
  2. Prepare cheeseburgers and bratwurst sandwiches as desired.
  3. Thread summer sausage and fresh cheese curds on toothpicks.
  4. Arrange the cheeses on a large serving board. Fill in board with olives, pickled and fresh vegetables, mini bell, pepperoncini and red peppers, bacon, charcuterie and shrimp. Add the chicken wings, onion rings, waffle fries, cheeseburgers, bratwurst sandwiches and sausage-cheese curd picks.
  5. Place the skewers, Blood Mary mix, asparagus, hot pepper sauce, mustard and pretzels around the board. Garnish with basil and lime wedges.
